Great pick for potty training princesses

This is a super cute little book, complete with tiara and stickers. My little princess likes it a lot...except now she wants her potty to have pink and purple sparkles on it too.

The only thing I did not like about this book was the sentence "I swear." It wasn't said in the context of actually swearing; However, it just didn't sound appropriate for this sweet little book. I just substituted "I promise" instead, or just skip over it all together. Very cute illustrations. My daughter likes it very well, but she has multiple potty books and especially likes ones with the button that she can press and make the flushing sound. All in all this is a sweet little book.

This is a very cute little story aimed to prep your little darling for potty training. My 23 month old is definitely a girly-girl and she LOVES it. The book comes with a tiara and reward stickers for successful pottying. (When the princess in the story makes a potty, she gets a sticker.) Very cute, and a quick read. I don't mind reading it five times in a row or eight times in a day. In the end, the princess and the potty live happily ever after!

Speaks a two year old's language!

We love this book. That is, my husband, our two year old, and I. We also have "Once Upon a Potty" and I don't want to bash that book, but our daughter didn't go for it. She loves "Princess Potty". She requests it. We read it while she sits on the potty and waits. She repeats some of the phrases from the book like, "Here ye, here ye, I have to pee-pee!" She thinks it's funny. Of course, she's really into princesses at this point so it's just perfect. The book is funny and cute AND helpful in potty training. The tiara and stickers are a sweet little bonus.

No need to teach children to swear

The author says " I swear" which I do not think is appropriate for a children's book. I wouldn't even appreciate that in an adult's book. The princess concept was cute and the pictures are cute but the narrative does not do a good job of teaching the potty concept to small children. My daughter, who will be three in two months loves the book "the Potty Book for girls" by Alyssa Satin Capucilli.
