Great seat, one probably fixable flaw

We used this seat with my son, and we still have it, plan to use it with our girls. As I recall it seemed to have one of the best pee shields for a boy, as far as shape and softness - but it tended to fall off easily, which was annoying. I'm not even sure we still have it. We just taught my son to aim down and it worked out just fine. The pee shield is not a big deal, as it turns out.
What we liked about this seat was it was big and comfy. My son was 32 1/2 pounds at age 2 - he was a bigger guy. A smaller child might have problems but I am not sure. Some of the "small" potties just seem SO small to me... I liked that the insert could be removed to use with an adult toilet, or it could be used in the little potty. Some people skip the little potty altogether - we tried this, initially, and it was a DISASTER. My son just felt safer and more secure on the little potty.
Later, we learned some nice reasons to have a little potty. If your child has a stomach bug - he or she might really like being able to sit on the little potty. It is just more comfortable. And if your child swallows something it's a good place to have them go while you wait for the item to pass. Very glad we got this potty.
We had really only one issue with it - the white padded part of the seat would get pee under it, between it and the blue plastic part, and it would SMELL. I pulled the white part off at some point and now it doesn't stay on well. They should either seal the whole thing or make it easy to remove and secure to replace for cleaning. What I plan to do is glue some heavy duty velcro to hold it together - then I can clean it and put it back together. Should work well.
All around I think it's a good potty for a good price. BUT for a second potty (we have two girls) I ordered the Primo 4 in 1 - just hoping for a seat that didn't have this cleaning issue. It's nice! But it's NOT cushy... I don't think it's THAT much better, assuming my velcro trick works. The Primo doesn't have any rubber feet to keep it in place like the Graco did - mine are missing but I assume I can get more if I call Graco.
This one or the Primo, you'll probably be happy. :-)
