I'm not or have been a big fan of huggies, but these are wonderful. My daughter is 21 months old and has never liked to be wet/dirty. She has been trying on her own to use the bathroom, since she has been 11 months old. Now, that we are cerise about potty training. We got Kay some huggies cool alert pull ups and she was doing great. After about 3 weeks we tried underwear, that didn't go so well. Then we went to training pull-ups that also didn't go as planned. Now that we are back in the huggies cool alert pull ups she is doing great again. Thank you, huggies for making me life easier.

I prefer Huggies over Pampers

I've never been a fan of Pampers because they always seemed to be drooping in the back, so it always looked like the diaper was wet/full. In spite of this, I decided to try the Easy-Ups mainly because my daughter likes Dora Explorer, but I prefer the velcro on the Pull-Ups.

I signed-up for Amazon's "Subscribe & Save" service, so I'm saving about $2 per pkg. And because I also have Amazon Prime, I get free 2nd day delivery.

Another suggestion: Fisher-Price Royal Potty Step Stool
The Fisher-Price Stepstool Potty which has a sensor and plays music when they go potty, has been a big help. It takes the guesswork out of the process which saves time, and helps the child relate their actions to the reward.
NOTE: I would highly recommend the boys' potty because of the splash guard!

Cool enough, just not motivating enough

From the advertising on this particular product, I assumed the wetness liner was suppose to make the toddler uncomfortable enough to realize that he/she was wet and to learn to prevent "wetness". At one point, i did check and it did feel cool to the touch as it was wet. However, my daughters (twins) didn't mind the coolness and it wasn't effective as I originally thought it to be. Huggies and Pampers both have similar diapers, so if I were to purchase these again, I would compare prices and go with the cheaper ones. There's no need to buy these if they are more expensive. As for leakage and lining, both Huggies and Pampers are about the same. One doesn't hold up significantly better than the other. One real advantage of Huggies tho, is their velcro lining. My girls are thinner than the average baby, so it helps to be able to adjust the pull ups a little even tho the banding is stretchable.

Okay but Easy Ups are better

These are not the greatest. Because of the fact that they have velcro-type tabs on each side, they may as well be regular diapers. My daughter wants to put them on/take them off that way, rather than "pulling up" like training pants. A lot of day care centers prefer these because it's easier to change the child without taking their pants off, but I think they defeat the point. I've put my daughter to bed in these twice and they've leaked overnight both times. We've switched to the Pampers version now and we don't have the problem. I definitely prefer easy ups.

Great Diapers for a toddler

I love these for my toddler. I hate having to use regular diapers when we are working on using the bathroom like a big girl. These are much easier to use than old fashion diapers.
