Snaps are defective

REVIEW UPDATE: IF and ONCE I hear some resolution from the Seller. The Seller recieved these items damaged from the manufacturer. I asked the Seller, BEFORE he ships these... check to be sure all 6 snaps open and close BEFORE mailing to a customer. If they are defective, then deal with them with the manufacturer directly. I also spoke with the Manufacturer. These are KNOWN to have defective snaps. Manufacturer is apologestic... and says that due to hygene they can't return these. However, the Manufacturer did mail me 2 new pairs for free that do open and close.

As to how the product functions absorbing liquids... have not had a leak to test them. My daughter wore the replacement pair 1 night and so far was dry.

They seem really big and bulky on her. Did not fall off but when pulling them down to let her use the potty, the snaps come undone. Then you have to resnap them. This company ought to make these strong velcro or something that does not come off so easily.

I emailed the Seller asking what to do. Have not heard back with a response in a few days.

These are for 20-40 pounds. My daughter is 25 pounds, but definately need to have the tightest snaps to even put on. However it comes snapped on the outside snaps. The inside snaps do not snap together. Wondering if I ought to get a hammer out and stomp it together to try and force it or if that will break the product and if so, not returnable.

Meanwhile, I would love to get a response back from the Seller as to what we are to do. Mail them back? Maybe they can get the snaps to close on the tightest set BEFORE shipping to a customer. Or since this seems to be a common complaint, be sure it CAN snap on each set before mailing to a customer.

Once we are able to get these snapped together, we will see how it works. Can't even put them on so not sure how effective the product is.

I am so excited about the concept. Looks like it COULD work if the snaps would FUNCTION.

Fine for light / moderate wetters

Purchased these training pants for two boys who were not yet staying dry at night. The goal was to have a reusable nighttime pant and do away with disposable training pants. Also hoped that the increased wetness sensation would speed up nighttime training. The pants worked great for one child who only wet occasionally. The pants did not work as well for the other child who was a heavy wetter. This was mentioned in the product description and was accurately represented. I am happy to have a reusable training paint and no longer need to buy disposable pants but so far no real progress on finishing up the night time potty training. No fault of the product though, it met my expectations.

Easy to use, easy to wash. A little bulky to wear - it wasn't an issue for us but may be to a child who is sensitive to that.

Better than regular trainers -SIDESLEEPERS BEWARE

The first night my daughter still woke up soaked, but I think with a waterproof cover they'll be alright. However, my daughter said she didn't want to wear them again because "they hurt my body, when I lay like this" then she proceeded to lay down on her side where the snaps dig into her hip. Ours did snap well, so maybe the other reviewer got a bad pair. We also didn't wash them before use to make them fully absorbent -maybe that will help with the leakage.

Does NOT fit a 40 pound child!

First of all my daughter is a stout 41 pound child and they DO NOT fit her, they fall right off to the ground. I had to pin them to fit them, however they didn't leak but I added a cloth diaper insert to be certain. One other reason I had to pin them is because the snaps wouldn't snap.

(maybe I got a bad pair?) I contacted seller and I am still waiting to hear back from them.......
