quickly on his way to being potty-trained. Helpful info.

Summary: No, please, just get another dvd.
Comment: Real let down by Elmo. The pace is slow and preachy. Forget a toddler 'I' did not have the patience
to sit through this. Felt really let down by Elmo. They have such fun videos, wonder what happened
this time ! I give it 2 points because we are still fans of elmo.

Summary: Perfect for the elmo loving child
Comment: My 2 1/2 year old recently became in love with elmo and will go around the house singing elmo's
world. We have begun the potty training process and this dvd fits right in. My child will pay
attention to elmo as it is her favorite. This is great to have on in the background while your child
plays, or to have on instead of a different cartoon. In the dvd, Elmo goes through the process of
potty training and showing how he became a big boy and no longer a baby.

Summary: A Winner!
Comment: Our 1 1/2 year-old just loves this video. It's the perfect combination of song and dialogue. It
features kids saying poo poo and pee pee in various ways, which he finds hilarious, of course, and
has a fun hand washing sequence that is narrated as a sport's competition. There is also a cartoon
of a giant, King Kong-style monkey, who listens to his body which tells him to eat a sandwich shop,
scratch with a pine tree, drink from a fire hydrant, and finally feel the urge to go. The whole
thing is narrated in a 1950's style that makes it even more interesting. The entire DVD is very
creative and entertaining. It also encourages children to be patient and just "keep on trying" which
is a good message that takes the pressure off. Our son watches it over and over again, has learned
new words, and become more comfortable with the idea of using the potty as a result.
